"I was looking through the recipes in my 2002 "Taste of Home Quick Cooking " cookbook,and came across this recipe. And thought it sounded pretty good,so I tried it. And you know what ? It was pretty good :) Like with most soups,the longer you let them simmer the better they taste. It was sent in to Taste of Home by Arlene Lynn of Lincoln, Nebraska. Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a dutch oven,over medium heat brown ground beef, drain and return to pan.
Step 2
Stir in juice,onion soup mix,noodle seasoning packet,and mixed vegetables.
Step 3
Bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Return to a boil,stir in noodles.
Step 5
Cook for 3 minutes , or until noodles are tender.
