The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (46 ounces) V8 tomato juice
  • 1 package (1 1/4 ounce) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (3 ounce) beef ramen noodles (break up noodles before adding to soup)
  • 1 package 16 ounce) frozen vegetables

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a dutch oven,over medium heat brown ground beef, drain and return to pan.

  • Step 2: Stir in juice,onion soup mix,noodle seasoning packet,and mixed vegetables.

  • Step 3: Bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  • Step 4: Return to a boil,stir in noodles.

  • Step 5: Cook for 3 minutes , or until noodles are tender.
