"I was looking through the recipes in my 2002 "Taste of Home Quick Cooking " cookbook,and came across this recipe. And thought it sounded pretty good,so I tried it. And you know what ? It was pretty good :) Like with most soups,the longer you let them simmer the better they taste. It was sent in to Taste of Home by Arlene Lynn of Lincoln, Nebraska. Step 1

In a dutch oven,over medium heat brown ground beef, drain and return to pan.

Step 2

Stir in juice,onion soup mix,noodle seasoning packet,and mixed vegetables.

Step 3

Bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Step 4

Return to a boil,stir in noodles.

Step 5

Cook for 3 minutes , or until noodles are tender.
