"This is a really nice soup to warm you up on a cold day. The cook time can vary depending on the size and toughness of the stew meat. The longer you simmer it,the more tender the meat."

This was really good and reminded me of Beef Stew with noodles instead of potatoes. We loved it and it warmed our tummies!
