"These delicious morsels are so addicting, you can't have just one... It's hard to believe that putting only 4 ingredients together tastes this good. I like serving these over a bed of lettuce when served as a meal. This serves 2 as a meal or 4 when served as an appetizer. ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Remove the rind from the pork belly and cut into 1/2-inch by 1-inch pieces.

Step 3

Toss them in a large bowl with the salt and pepper, making sure they are evenly coated.

Step 4

Pour the seasoned pork bites into the preheated air fryer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to make sure they don’t stick. The cooking time depends on how crispy you like them.

Step 5

Remove the cooked pork bites and place them into a large bowl, stir in the BBQ sauce, and serve.

Fast, easy and delicious! I did remove the rind as I knew DH would not be able to chew it. Omitted the salt as the barbecue sauce I used was salted. Gave us the feeling of summer here in dead of winter! Thank you for sharing Bea! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Very simple and tasty. I wasn't sure if you wanted the rind left on so I did (leave it on) but next time will cut that off. Taste reminds me of a cross between bbq pork steaks and bacon. Would be perfect as an add-on to brunch buffet. Made for Billboard tag.
