"A quick and easy salad dressing I use quite often. Remember this is very basic but you can add whatever you like to it. I have at times added grated red pepper, minced garlic, minced carrot, red pepper flakes and have even changed up the fresh herbs..... The possibilities are endless."

Smells Like Salad

I prefer the oil/vinegar ratio to be more 60/40-50/50. I used fresh chives from the garden and olive oil is my preferred oil. A purple scallion added color. This was perfect for a simple spring salad consisting of pea shoots, radicchio, asparagus and spring turnips. Made for the First Time Tag game.
