Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
Fry bacon and onions in Dutch oven and season lightly.

Add liquid smoke to tomatoes, and add to pot
Step 4
Add rest of ingredients.
Step 5
Some folks drain sauerkraut, some don't.
Step 6
Mix.
Step 7
Place in oven uncovered and bake for 1 1/2 hours until lightly caramelized.
