Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2: Fry bacon and onions in Dutch oven and season lightly.
Step 3: Add liquid smoke to tomatoes, and add to pot
Step 4: Add rest of ingredients.
Step 5: Some folks drain sauerkraut, some don't.
Step 6: Mix.
Step 7: Place in oven uncovered and bake for 1 1/2 hours until lightly caramelized.
