Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine potatoes, wine, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper, dill and green onions, and mix gently.
Step 2
Let stand at least one hour.
Step 3
Preheat grill, or preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 4
Gently mix in sour cream and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Put in a saucepan or casserole.
Step 6
Grill or bake until heated through, 20-30 minutes.
