Step 1: Combine potatoes, wine, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper, dill and green onions, and mix gently.
Step 2: Let stand at least one hour.
Step 3: Preheat grill, or preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 4: Gently mix in sour cream and mayonnaise.
Step 5: Put in a saucepan or casserole.
Step 6: Grill or bake until heated through, 20-30 minutes.
