  • 4 cups potatoes, diced (hot, cooked)
  • 1/4 cup wine (sauterne, or other white wine)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (salad oil)
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 5 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine potatoes, wine, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper, dill and green onions, and mix gently.

  • Step 2: Let stand at least one hour.

  • Step 3: Preheat grill, or preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Step 4: Gently mix in sour cream and mayonnaise.

  • Step 5: Put in a saucepan or casserole.

  • Step 6: Grill or bake until heated through, 20-30 minutes.
