"This was an older recipe it has #1 can of white cream ed corn and called for 3 white onions ,I'm guessing they were the pearl onions so I'm putting them in tablespoons ,in more keeping with the spirit of the recipe she was a great lady that I admired"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sauce onions and celery. Add curry powder.

Step 2

Add corn soup milk and cream. Heat but don't boil.

I really enjoyed this soup so much so it has already seen to a rerun. I have used mushroom soup in casseroles but was surprised to find combined with the ingredients it made for a great 'homemade' Corn Bisque. Into my Soup Cookbook for this one Dienia!

Super easy and good! I added some cooked chicken but otherwise made as directed. Served with raisin bread for a very quick and good meal. Thanks for sharing!
