  • 500 grams green beans (trimmed)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons almond nuts (flaked and lightly toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender and drain.

  • Step 2: Place the garlic, parsley, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar. Secure the lid. Shake to combine.

  • Step 3: Place beans on platter. Pour over garlic mixture add toasted almonds and serve.
