This was really good! the coating was crunchy and delicious. I would never think to use Shake and Bake for that purpose, this is a keeper, thanks Sandy for you recipe!

I tagged this recipe but not able to actually make it myself but I think I did the next best thing. I gave it to my mom to make with me. She make I watched and we tasted and we were hooked! We decided this is the number one way to make these sticks as well as other like garden squash! I'm trying this on other veggies too just to see what they come out like! Myself and my mom Thank you for posting a fantastic and easy recipe!

We happen to love zucchini, was happy to find these zucchini sticks tasted as good as I thought they would. Found it's one of those recipes that has me say "now why didn't I think of that" The combination of shake and bake and parsley adds so much flavor, the baking makes for a wonderful crispness. About ready for a repeat!

I finally got around to making this recipe and I loved it, I used my own chicken coating recipe (posted on this site) it's a Shake & Bake clone recipe, I also must mention that baked the slices on a rack --- OMG this is such a yummy recipe for zucchini and one I will make again, thanks for sharing Sandy -- this was chosen, made and reviewed for RZ Recipebook tag game
