Ingredients
- 1 pouch Shake’n Bake Chicken Coating Mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 zucchini, cut crosswise in half, then quartered lengthwise
- 1/4 cup pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 2: Mix coating mix and parsley on plate.

Step 3: Beat egg and water in a shallow dish with fork until well blended.

Step 4: Dip zucchini sticks in egg mixture, then coating mixture, turning until evenly coated.

Step 5: Place in single layer on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray.

Step 6: Bake 20 minutes or until crisp-tender and golden brown.
