"Swai is a relative of catfish, but it doesn't look or taste anything like it. Swai is a light colored, very mild fish. It's almost my new favorite..."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the swai in shallow baking dish (suitable for the broiler) and season liberally with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Dot fish with butter. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Step 2

While fish is baking, combine mayo, dijon, lemon juice, sriracha, and green onions. Remove fish from oven and spread with the mayo mixture. (You may not need to use all the sauce.)

Step 3

Broil the fish until the sauce is browned and bubbly, 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with additional paprika and garnish with cilantro.

Bergy

I could not find any Swai fish so I used catfish and it was delicious. Very moist and the sauce gave it a gentle flavour. This is a do again and again recipe Thank-you willow for a lovely dinner
