Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the swai in shallow baking dish (suitable for the broiler) and season liberally with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Dot fish with butter. Bake about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Step 2
While fish is baking, combine mayo, dijon, lemon juice, sriracha, and green onions. Remove fish from oven and spread with the mayo mixture. (You may not need to use all the sauce.)
Step 3
Broil the fish until the sauce is browned and bubbly, 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with additional paprika and garnish with cilantro.
