Step 1
Pre-heat oven 400F
Step 2
Melt the butter and pour into an oven proof pan that will accomodate the scallops in a single layer, add scallops, turn them in the butter
Step 3
Mix together the crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic and parmesan cheese
Step 4
Evenly sprinkle the crumb mixtire over the scallops, place in the middle of the oven
Step 5
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crumbs are golden and the scallops are cooked
