Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound scallops (seas or bay scallops)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup panko (bread crumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3 large cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat oven 400F

  • Step 2: Melt the butter and pour into an oven proof pan that will accomodate the scallops in a single layer, add scallops, turn them in the butter

  • Step 3: Mix together the crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic and parmesan cheese

  • Step 4: Evenly sprinkle the crumb mixtire over the scallops, place in the middle of the oven

  • Step 5: Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crumbs are golden and the scallops are cooked
