Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2
Drain, saving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Step 3
Saute the bacon.
Step 4
Add onions and season lightly.
Step 5
Add tomatoes and simmer while pasta is cooking.
Step 6
Add al dente pasta to sauce with 1/2 cup pasta water.
Step 7
Season to taste.
Step 8
Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole dish.
Step 9
Top with cheese.
Step 10
Bake 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
