Step by Step Method
Step 1
Oil bottom of baking dish.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 3
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and Italian seasoning.
Step 4
Add juice of lemons to melted butter.
Step 5
Dip pork chops in beaten egg and then into seasoned bread crumbs to coat evenly.
Step 6
Lay them in the dish.
Step 7
Drizzle a little lemon butter on each one.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes and baste occasionally with melted butter and lemon juice mixture.
Step 9
Turn pork chops and continue basting for 30 more minutes.
Step 10
Serve with Italian bread and salad.
