Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds boneless pork chops, butterflied (6)
  • Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 lemons, juiced, zested
  • Egg
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Breading
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Pan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Oil bottom of baking dish.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Step 3: Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and Italian seasoning.

  • Step 4: Add juice of lemons to melted butter.

  • Step 5: Dip pork chops in beaten egg and then into seasoned bread crumbs to coat evenly.

  • Step 6: Lay them in the dish.

  • Step 7: Drizzle a little lemon butter on each one.

  • Step 8: Bake for 30 minutes and baste occasionally with melted butter and lemon juice mixture.

  • Step 9: Turn pork chops and continue basting for 30 more minutes.

  • Step 10: Serve with Italian bread and salad.
