Step 1: Oil bottom of baking dish.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 3: Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and Italian seasoning.
Step 4: Add juice of lemons to melted butter.
Step 5: Dip pork chops in beaten egg and then into seasoned bread crumbs to coat evenly.
Step 6: Lay them in the dish.
Step 7: Drizzle a little lemon butter on each one.
Step 8: Bake for 30 minutes and baste occasionally with melted butter and lemon juice mixture.
Step 9: Turn pork chops and continue basting for 30 more minutes.
Step 10: Serve with Italian bread and salad.
