Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 3
In a bowl, beat eggs whites and cream of tartar until stiff, set aside.
Step 4
In another bowl, beat cream cheese with egg yolks and salt until combined (it will look a bit like cottage cheese which is fine). Combine the yolk/cream cheese mixture with about a quarter of the egg white mixture, then carefully fold in the remaining.
Step 5
Spoon on to the baking sheet into 6 mounds, then sprinkle ham and then cheese over the tops of each mound.
Step 6
Bake for 20-22 minutes..
Step 7
Let cool on tray for a couple of minutes.
