Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar (not packed)
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoons orange extract (or 1/2-1 teaspoon orange oil)
  • 1 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a 2 quart baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, mix cranberries, sugar, salt, and extract.

  • Step 3: COVER DISH and bake for 1 hour.

  • Step 4: Stir in walnuts, marmalade, and lemon juice.

  • Step 5: Chill until serving time.
