Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute onions, celery and ground beef.
Step 2
Add rest of soup ingredients except cream.
Step 3
Simmer 30 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook macaroni in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.
Step 5
Add drained macaroni to soup at end.
Step 6
Add heavy cream, don't boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Season to taste.
