Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 8 even patties.

Step 2

Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 3 in. from the heat for 4-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear.

Step 3

Top with cheese. Grill 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted.

Step 4

Serve on buns with bacon and toppings of your choice

Lovely Burger. I don't have bacon very often but when I do it love it really crispy. Added a thick slice of tomato & sweet onion. The meat pattie is very tasty. It goes into my do again burgers

Even though it's winter and the grill is snowbound, these burgers are great just cooked in my frying pan. We loved the flavors in this hamburger and we plan to have them again this month!
