"I was just going to cut down the recipe myself but then someone said something about an avocado, so I had to do the big recipe. (the original recipe didn't have avocado) but you could cut it down if you wish. It uses canned potatoes which is a time saver on hot days and you could use slices if that's what you prefer."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the potatoes bacon and green onions and season lightly.
Step 2
Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to taste (more or less).
Step 3
Fold in the avocado and eggs last and season to taste.
Step 4
And sprinkle some paprika on top.
