Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large rimmed tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
If you keep your coconut oil refrigerated, let it come to room temp to liquefy.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, place all the ingredients EXCEPT the almonds. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Add the nuts to the bowl and stir to ensure all the nuts are coated. Pour nuts on to prepared baking tray and spread in a single layer. Place in oven.
Step 5
Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until the nuts are dry and fragrant - about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from oven and cool completely, in the tray, atop a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
