Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine everything except the tenderloin and the vegetable oil.

Step 2

Mix well.

Step 3

Place tenderloin in a large resealable bag.

Step 4

Pour marinade over top. Turn to coat.

Step 5

Refrigerator for 8 hours.

Step 6

Preheat grill and coat grates in vegetable oil.

Step 7

Remove tenderloin from marinade and place on grill over medium high heat.

Step 8

Grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 9

Baste with mariande after 10 minutes then discard remaining mariande.

Step 10

Remove from grill when done, let sit for 5 minutes, then carve into thin slices.
