Step 1: Combine everything except the tenderloin and the vegetable oil.
Step 2: Mix well.
Step 3: Place tenderloin in a large resealable bag.
Step 4: Pour marinade over top. Turn to coat.
Step 5: Refrigerator for 8 hours.
Step 6: Preheat grill and coat grates in vegetable oil.
Step 7: Remove tenderloin from marinade and place on grill over medium high heat.
Step 8: Grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 9: Baste with mariande after 10 minutes then discard remaining mariande.
Step 10: Remove from grill when done, let sit for 5 minutes, then carve into thin slices.
