Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pour syrup over dried apricots and pour boiling water over them.
Step 2
Let soak for an hour until plump.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 4
Combine ingredients for dredge and put in a brown paper bag.
Step 5
Shake pork chops until coated.
Step 6
Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.
Step 7
Place in Pam sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
Step 8
Place apricots on top, pour any remaining juice on top with 2 tablespoons butter.
Step 9
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 10
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more until tender.
