Step 1: Pour syrup over dried apricots and pour boiling water over them.
Step 2: Let soak for an hour until plump.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 4: Combine ingredients for dredge and put in a brown paper bag.
Step 5: Shake pork chops until coated.
Step 6: Brown in 2 tablespoons butter.
Step 7: Place in Pam sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
Step 8: Place apricots on top, pour any remaining juice on top with 2 tablespoons butter.
Step 9: Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 10: Uncover and bake 15 minutes more until tender.
