"Came up with this variation of a recipe that my Girl Scout troop used to make extra money to go on a Wider Opportunity back in 1972. Original recipe was for cranberry and banana nut quick bread."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix ingredients together.
Step 2
Grease two 4 inch by 8 inch loaf pans.
Step 3
(Some times I make one loaf in a square baking dish - optional which may take longer to cook).
Step 4
Bake in 350° F oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

- 2 - 4"x8" loaf pans or 1 square oven baking pan or dish
