Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Grease muffin tin.
Step 3
In large bowl beat egg. Add milk oil and apple.
Step 4
Add flour, cinnamon sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 5
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Step 6
Combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 7
Sprinkle topping on batter.
Step 8
Bake 25 to 30 min or until golden brown.
