Step by Step Method
Step 1
Coat dried cranberries with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 2
Add ingredients in order recommended by manufacturer. If you have a fruit and nut cycle, add cranberries and walnuts after the beep, otherwise just add them with everything else.
Step 3
Use basic/light mode.
Step 4
Remove loaf from pan when done and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
