Step by Step Method
Step 1
Prheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Grease a loaf pan.
Step 3
Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Step 4
Mix the next 6 dry ingredients together separately.
Step 5
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
Step 6
Mix in chopped apples.
Step 7
Transfer the mixture in the pan.
Step 8
Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the loaf before baking.
Step 9
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
