Step 1: Prheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2: Grease a loaf pan.
Step 3: Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Step 4: Mix the next 6 dry ingredients together separately.
Step 5: Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
Step 6: Mix in chopped apples.
Step 7: Transfer the mixture in the pan.
Step 8: Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the loaf before baking.
Step 9: Bake for 1 hour or until done.
