Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook cauliflower and green beans separately in boiling salted water just until tender-crisp. Meanwhile, whisk dressing ingredients together

Step 2

Drain vegetables, cover with cold water, drain again. Sprinkle generously with some of the dressing, and allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 1/2 hour.

Step 3

Line shallow salad bowl or platter with lettuce. Arrange meats, eggs, and cheese in attractive groupings Surrounded by marinated vegetables and tomatoes. Garnish as desired.

Step 4

Serve extra dressing separately
