Step 1

Steam cauliflower and beans separately until they are cooked, but still slightly crisp. Immediately put into cold water to stop cooking. Drain and pat dry.

Step 2

In small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.

Step 3

Toss vegetables with dressing and refrigerate for 1/3 hours.

Step 4

Line a shallow bowl with lettuce.

Step 5

Arrange meats, eggs, and cheese in small groupings and surround it with the vegetables.
