I have made this a couple times now and have noticed my fingers are not as stiff and swollen as they normally are so I am going to give this a try for a bit longer. The flavor for me took a little getting used to think it might have been the coconut water. I did try half coconut water ice cubes to make it more slushy but not sure if that takes away some of the anti-inflammatory qualities. Think this is definitely worth a try. Made and reviewed for the "Pick Me" recipe tag game.
