"I have no clue why this is called Amish. This recipe is from a community cookbook and I think its delicious. To make cracker crumbs; I put the crackers into a ziplock and use a rolling pin to crush finely."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
Mix the loaf ingredients together very well-I usually use my hands for this.
Step 3
Shape into a loaf and place into a pyrex loaf pan.
Step 4
Whisk the sauce ingredients well then pour over the top of the loaf.
Step 5
Bake for approx 1 hour or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
