Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • MEATLOAF
  • 1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs (ritz cracker crumbs)
  • 1 medium (8 ounce) yellow onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Mix the loaf ingredients together very well-I usually use my hands for this.

  • Step 3: Shape into a loaf and place into a pyrex loaf pan.

  • Step 4: Whisk the sauce ingredients well then pour over the top of the loaf.

  • Step 5: Bake for approx 1 hour or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
