Amish Meatloaf

Ingredients
- MEATLOAF
- 1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs (ritz cracker crumbs)
- 1 medium (8 ounce) yellow onion (chopped finely)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F.

Step 2: Mix the loaf ingredients together very well-I usually use my hands for this.

Step 3: Shape into a loaf and place into a pyrex loaf pan.

Step 4: Whisk the sauce ingredients well then pour over the top of the loaf.

Step 5: Bake for approx 1 hour or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
