A simple yet flavorful dish that’s both easy to make and wonderful to eat.
I eat yogurt almost every day and this was a delicious combination. I used salted pepitas which satisfied my sweet/salty obsession. We have a good quality whole milk honey flavored yogurt here in the PNW which worked quite well in the recipe. If you can't find honey-flavored yogurt I would suggest a small spoonful of honey on top of the yogurt. I have made this recipe twice now: for breakfast and again for elevenses the next day. Thanks, Pat. Prepared for the Went to Market tag game.
