  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and cocoa, stirring to combine. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.

  • Step 3: Add the almond flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt and mix to combine.

  • Step 4: Spread into the baking pan and bake 30 minutes.

  • Step 5: Cool to room temperature before slicing into 16 squares.
