Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and cocoa, stirring to combine. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Step 3: Add the almond flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt and mix to combine.
Step 4: Spread into the baking pan and bake 30 minutes.
Step 5: Cool to room temperature before slicing into 16 squares.
