"This is so easy to get great tasting veggies all cooked together. The timing is right on so they come out perfect without watching. Actifry cooking is healthy too. I used small banana potatoes but you may cut up an ordinary potatoe in 3/4 inch pieces. For my beef broth I use a liquid base mixed with hot water from the tap."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place your prepared, dried potatoes in the actifry, sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon oil, set timer for 5 minutes, start
Step 2
Add all the remaining veggies to the actifry, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon oil, set timer for 17 minutes
Step 3
When the 17 minutes are up Add broth to the veggies,season with salt and pepper, set timer for 3 minutes - go and all done and delicious
