Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
Step 3
Add meat and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
Place potatoes in a greased baking dish large enough to hold all ingredients.
Step 5
Spread meat over potatoes.
Step 6
Combine tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, pepper, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread mixture over meat.
Step 7
Pour in broth.
Step 8
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 9
Uncover, pour remaining oil over top, and bake 20 minutes more.
