Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces bone-in fast-fry pork chops (2 -8-ounce pork chops that are 3/8” thick)
  • 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Pinch paprika
  • Pinch garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, stir the onion powder, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder together in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Pat the pork chops dry and rub the seasoning mix over both sides of the chops.

  • Step 4: Whisk together the oil and soy sauce and brush over both sides of the chops.

  • Step 5: Place in the pre-heated air fryer and cook for 8 minutes, turning the chops over after 4 minutes. (Keep in mind that all air fryers are different and the cooking time may vary, so make sure the chops have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.)
