Step 1: Salad ... Add the chick peas, black and green olives, and dressing to a bowl; and, toss until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour up to 24 hours - the longer the better.
Step 2: Serve ... Squeeze a lemon wedge over the top and serve with extra on the side. ENJOY!
Step 3: Also mentioned: You can add diced cucumber, tomatoes; or, cubed Feta if you want. It is so quick and easy to prepare; but, absolutely delicious!
