Step 1: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks forum. Add in confectioners' sugar and cinnamon; continue beating (starting on low speed or you will have the sugar flying everywhere!) increase speed and continue beating until VERY stiff (I use my Kitchen Aid mixer using the whipping blade it makes the best whipped cream!).
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk with melted butter and vanilla, mix very well. Using a spatula, gently fold in whipped cream until thoroughly combined (this will take about 3 minutes) then gently fold in any additions that you choose to add in.
Step 3: Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container and cover. Freeze 12-24 hours or until very firm. Enjoy your ice cream!
Step 4: Store in freezer.
